It might be a true conspiracy if...

I couldn't think of a better first post than one making the distinction between a true conspiracy and a conspiracy theory. I already know there will be those of you who read some of my future posts and say to yourself "Horseshit! That's just a crackpot conspiracy theory". Let me be blunt, if you read anything I write about and shout "Conspiracy Theory", you may need to further educate yourself on the current events unfolding both nationally and globally, the declassified documents released regarding past events in this country, and possibly pick up a copy of "Common Sense for Dummies" at your local book store. The difference between a true conspiracy and a conspiracy theory is the lack or presence of evidence. If there is evidence and factual information to support a conspiracy "theory", it becomes a legitimate conspiracy. For instance, if I told you that Elvis never actually died but faked his death to get out of the spotlight and lived the rest of his life on an island with no inhabitants other than hundreds of gorgeous naked women...well...that would be a conspiracy theory, and a batshit crazy one at that. Now if I told you that Elvis didn't die when the media claimed he did, and showed you pictures of Elvis time-stamped eight years after his supposed "death" with proof that it was actually him in the pictures and they were in fact taken 8 years after his death, that would be a true conspiracy, a faked death covered up by the media and most likely carried out by individuals with some sort of motive for doing so. Obviously future posts containing true conspiracies will have nothing to do with Elvis, but you get the point.

These days, the mainstream media wants you to run around crying  "Conspiracy Theory" anytime you hear something negative about our government or administration that is not reported by the mainstream media. They want you to have that thought process of "Well, it wasn't on the 6 o'clock news so I think you're full of shit". When the majority of society today even hear the word "conspiracy", they immediately imagine some loony old tinfoil hat wearing nut in a trailer located in the middle of the Nevada desert talking about aliens on a local broadcasted radio talk show. I think now is as good a time as any for you all to reject this image. True government conspiracies happen, and you are just as insane as the alien-spotting tinfoil trailer dweller if you think otherwise. Our government is not run by shining white knights, it is run by people, and many of these people come from privileged and wealthy families. The thing about money and power is most are never satisfied, most never have enough, so they play political games to acquire more, and through these political games conspiracies are born. Respectively, through the government attempting to cover up these conspiracies and hide both them and the political games from the public, conspiracy theories are born. And if you think the government is jim-fucking-dandy, trustworthy, and would never lie to us and cover something up or engage in political games and conspiracies for nothing more than political and monetary gain or gain of more power....well, once again, I think you should leave here now and either live in your ignorant bliss or do some digging, because I guarantee as I type this blog post, a conspiracy within our government is in the works. Reject that idea or embrace it, it makes no difference and will not change what is going on. I write to inform, not to sway opinion.
